Installed Version: 2.1.8 DEV Environment: Firefox 60.0.2/Tampermonkey
When scrolling on MSE/MSE/SE the vote buttons jump to the middle of the page when the bottom of the question is reached and there are comments to display.
It doesn't happen on SuperUser, so perhaps it is related to the new sidebar code?
