Describe the bug
A recent commit broke the refreshing of the explorer when adding/removing new files or directories. You need to manually update the explorer for the action to become visible.
Steps To Reproduce
Expected Behavior
Would expect to automatically update the explorer on actions like add, remove, rename or move.
