this makes for a more flexible model that can approximately match more aircraft
this makes the glider simulator a lot more flexible note! this needs AHRS_EKF_TYPE=10

Allow for mass, release speed and release attitude. This makes the glider simulator a lot more flexible
also fix the pitch arming check to not apply to gliders, as it is common for gliders to have a negative pitch limit
