Tchap web side

  • Rewrite the IPCManager and SeshatIndexManager to make it compatible with tauri.
  • Create a new TauriManager in order to make the interface, while making using the same methods

On Tchap desktop side

  • install seshat in src-tauri
  • Rewrite in rust the seshat.ts file found in "element-desktop"

In seshat package we remove crypto-mac because of dependency conflict with subtle.
