Fix all the syntax errors so the plugin compiles with no errors or warnings on the latest sourcemod.

Also created the following PRs which fix the dependencies which also prevent a clean compile.

botmimic: peace-maker/botmimic#16
As far as I know nothing is broken, I tested it a bit but not fully.
