How to apply 2D moving average with nan values?

I'm trying to replace each cell's value by 50x50 window. However there're some nan values and the result would be all nan:

da_test = xr.DataArray(np.random.random([500, 500]), dims=['y','x'])
da_test = xr.where(da_test<0.2, np.nan, da_test)

da_test.plot()
da_test.rolling(y=50, x=50).mean().plot()

How to calculate the mean value considering nan?

Thanks! I was looking for something like skipna. The min_periods option is more powerful ;)
