NOt able to buy subscription

Bug Description

It charges me and then refunds it before asking for otp.

and then says somethign wrong with bank. I tried different debit cards with different bank and still the same.

I lost AED 10 on fees!! and even then i didn't got the subscription

That looks very annoying sadly it isn't something I can fix here, can you email [email protected] and they will be able to see if there is anything that can be done.

Once you have emailed and have the ticket id back can you send me the ticket number and I will bump the priority of it.
