Add 2023 to index.html, Analyze.java, and Retrieve.java

Note that I only ran the first few lines of update.sh, because (1) I don't have SSH access to your server and (2) I don't have the input from the private leaderboard. 🙂 After copying output/scores.tsv to html/scores.tsv, it works on my machine when I run python -m http.server in the html folder. Can you please deploy if you have the time? 😄

P.S. These first few days surely are more difficult than last year 😱
