e2e: add sidecar configuration e2e test

Add sidecar configuration e2e test, protect the following two scenarios:

• check if the sidecar configuration works
• check if the configuration of the main container will not be applied to the sidecar container

There was a timeout when creating the cluster, and it hadn't reached the stage of installing Karmada yet. Just retest it.
