At the moment a cargo install of joshuto fails, because
rand::distributionswas renamed torand::distrwith quite a few other API changes in 0.9. This fixes this, and I bumped the version requirement to 0.9.rand::thread_rng()generates a deprecation warning, as it has been renamed torand::rng(), so I updated that as well.
