onScroll callback of VGrid component

hi everyone !
I've found out that onScroll callback that I really need is present in VGrid component (although .d.ts has nothing about it)
Is it just "staging" yet and not present in public interface or it's danger to use it exactly?

VGrid is an experimental component so I was holding off on deciding whether to implement it or not. I think it's ok to expose it like VList (PR welcome).
