DrAC - Drug Annotator for Common data model

A solution for extracting Patients' information from clinical notes and exporting it to an OMOP CDM database.

  • Annotate medication information in clinical notes
  • Harmonise the resulting information into their standard definition
  • Store extracted drug information into the OMOP CDM
