Fail to install submodules

I have been trying to execute pip install -e submodules/depth-diff-gaussian-rasterization and pip install -e submodules/simple-knn but haven’t been successful. The specific error messages are shown in the link below. Could anyone please tell me what should I do? I would be extremely grateful!
