attempt to add fast image processor for ZoeDepth model

ZoeDepth allows parameters leep_aspect_ratio and ensure_multiple_of

In order to maintain that functionality I overwrote the base ImageProcessorFast class, but took a wrong turn and now three tests failing including test_slow_fast_equivalenc

As this was i my first Hugging face issue I'm admitting defeat and will try to find an easier model to adapt 😓
