Registering (publishing) chromecast apps requires https for receiver URL #38

When trying to create my chromecast application, I got the following error:

Anyone else seen this?

After further research, it seems I don't need to "publish" my custom receiver in order for it to work with greenscreen, as long as the CCs I am using are registered it should be accessible. Publishing is only for allowing the public to use.

Created a PR for updating the readme to make this clearer, hopefully it will help someone else avoid the confusion.
