Because we load the interceptor inside a jdwp callback, we can timeout. #1211

In jdwp.go we have a hard timeout of 30 seconds, but if we have a machine with a particularly large number of symbols, that is particularly slow (ESPECIALLY if we are running in debug, and logging stuff), we can timeout here.

  return fmt.Errorf("timeout")
}

Quadrupled the timeout in #1222. This should handle most of the cases.
