There is any change to take a look into this pull request? I think that to have docker development image is not a bad idea. Can I have a feedback from owner of repository? Thank you Filippo Sallemi |

This pull request is making no changes on the code but just add a Dockerfile for who what to try Monicelli without loosing time on installing dependencies and compile.
