Update appConduit with:

New __artifact_v2__ block (creation and last_update dates, more explicit path, artifact_icon)
Remove unused imports
Add safer log files content access
Add new convert_log_ts_to_utc function
Remove HTML Device_ID top table and add device and OS infos (using builds_ids.py) into the records
Remove calls to output functions
