Reformation of the bot

This release has newer commands, changes and speed related fixes.
Mecha Karen's file structure and database have changed and have been improved.
The code has overall improved with better readability and fixes

API Integration

Using the Mecha Karen API, and its official API wrapper. We were able to integrate it into the bot itself. On top of this it comes which new features and a cache feature to save all your image links and allow u to view them!

Newest version (Integrating MySQL)

Switched from a mostly json storage to one that uses MySQL 👍
Alot more commands and bug fixes!
