I understand that this app is meant to be light, so I am only listing here very minor changes that will significantly improve consistency and, I think, usability. I would like to see:

  • all file types getting the right-click menu and keyboard shortcuts for Select All and Copy. (there is no menu for HTML/MHT/XLSX files; no Select All on the menu for DOCX; no Select/Copy facility at all for PDFs).
  • PDFs showing highlighted text and comments
  • the size of the window for DOCX, RTFs and HTMs narrower with much less white space (PDFs and image files are fine).
  • default font sizes being set by the user (eg fonts for PDFs are far too small IMV)
  • a status bar showing information consistently (eg page/pages, location, size)
  • a 'delete file' option, a properties button and a minimize button on the title bar

I think these would be good in improving workflow further.

Regarding your request of showing pdf-annotations see #421.

Any issue about PDF, use https://github.com/QL-Win/QuickLook.Plugin.PdfViewer-Native as an alternative, MS will fix it.

For other problems, if there are already alternative plug-ins, you can also consider them, such as DOSX.
