Versioning Schema 1.0 (RC2)

Additions have been made to the VersioningSchema for Release Candidate 2:

• Added increment key, which controls the semantic effects on incrementing each digit.
  • These determinations include whether it changes the stability (key: stable) or whether it represents a breaking change (key: breaking) to the version.

Versioning Schema 1.0 (RC1)

A release candidate for the first version of the VersioningSchema.
This version includes schema.json which is the schema file that controls the validation of semantics for version formats.
