* WIP 1.21.3 fixes (#123)

* 1.21.3 fixes WIP

* Bump version to beta-2.2.1 in pom.xml

Update the project version from 2.2.0 to beta-2.2.1 to signify this is a beta release.

* Update BloodWand effect and increment version

Replaced the DUST particle with BLOCK_CRUMBLE effect in the BloodWand particle animation for improved visual clarity. Also incremented the project version from beta-2.2.1 to beta-2.2.2 to reflect these changes.

* Capture throws player when one is mounted to executing player (#126)

* Capture throws player away when executing player already has passenger

* Refactor passenger handling in Capture spell logic WIP

* Fix player movement issue in Capture spell

Addressed the issue where players weren't being ejected from entities properly by applying velocity over multiple ticks. Adjusted the logic to progressively apply velocity using a scaling factor.

* Forgot to add other entities to be handled as well

* readme update

* Update Version | Increment Patch
