Map with explicit `mode: raw` published via map_server and shown in RViz with "Map" color map. Yes it looks so ugly.
This is in line with map_server behavior.
Because it's an optional field in the YAML, but has also a default (trinary). Enable the value interpretation in the GUI directly if it's explicit, otherwise not.
Pixels have to be inverted also in raw mode. kittest snapshots are updated, see also the reference RViz snapshots.

Makes raw & default mode behave more like map_server + RViz.
