I don't want to discuss how useful these are in practice, but I would like to add a blanke ignore on the type of advisory, in this case unmaintained.

Is there a way to do this?

Add advisories.unmaintained back (#753)

Adds back the `unmaintained` field for the advisories config, but it now
uses a scope rather than a lint level.

Resolves: #752
