Self-Hosting

1. Clone the repository
2. Install dependencies: pip install -r requirements.txt
3. Set up environment variables in a .env file
4. Run the bot: python main.py

Training Process

1. Data Preparation:

   python ai_model/prepare_data.py

   Downloads and processes training data from various sources.

2. Model Training:

   python ai_model/train.py \
       --train_file datasets/final/train.jsonl \
       --validation_file datasets/final/validation.jsonl \
       --output_dir checkpoints \
       --num_train_epochs 3

   Trains the model on prepared datasets.

3. Model Serving:

   python ai_model/serve.py

   Starts the model server for bot integration.
