Describe feature

  1. Export a note and all its descendants into a single pdf file.
  2. Option to add a toc within a note containing all the heading in that note.
  3. Option to not show the images in a note as its child note in html.
  4. Option to collapse and expand in html navigation bar.

@Devodenol please file separate feature requests for each issue if there is not already an issue listed that requests the same feature. This allows us to track the progress of implementing those features.

Implemented export as PDF (but without descendants) in TriliumNext.
