[Feature]: Allow for Combo Chart (or similar) to Accept Two Lines with Different Axis

What problem does this feature solve?

The thought is if you have network data like latency, send, and receive. Latency could use the scale on one axis, while speed (send/receive) could use the secondary axis. Essentially, it would be providing another Line Chart and not a Bar Chart if modeled off from the Combo Chart.
