PHPUnit bridge duplicate phpunit XML

A phpunit.dist.xml file was added to the phpunit/phpunit recipe a few days ago. However, the symfony/phpunit-bridge package has a recipe that creates a phpunit.xml.dist file (note the difference in extension).

The phpunit version is of the Symfony bridge is currently fixed to 9.6 but when switching to a newer version of PHPUnit two config files will be created by Flex where the one in the phpunit/phpunit takes precedence. I think in future versions the installation of recipes should result in a single configuration, so I think this issue should be addressed to make sure we avoid unexpected behavior.
