Problem accepting organization invitation – validation errors and login failure

Describe the issue

1. My manager created an organization and invited me (using my work email).
2. I received the email with the invitation link and clicked it.
3. The link redirected me to the login page, where I entered my work email and a password. I received the error: "Invalid email or password".
4. Since I couldn’t log in, I clicked "Need an Account?", then "Sign up with email", filled in my preferred name, email, and password, and clicked "Create my Account".
5. At this point, I got a generic "Validation Errors" message with no details.

• I can't use my personal account as I already have account with fly.io on my own projects
