Reimplementation Licensing

Hello, I'm looking to reimplement Unishox2 in at least one cross compiling statically typed language.
This is derivative work but I'm nevertheless confused about licensing.
Would it be proper to append myself?

Hi, Thanks for your query! That sounds quite alright for Unishox2 and in compliance with Apache License 2.0 and the Creative Commons Licenses.

In any case there is no problem even if you intend to make your work as closed source and use it for commercial purposes as long as you comply with with these two licenses.

FYI I intend to use a dual license (Apache License 2.0 and another) for Unishox3 which is not complete yet.
