This will let us easily bootstrap a new database for testing.

I think we should probably model our Views and CRUD though our own Couch object. That way we can have queries with recoverWith operations to create the Views lazily.

Perhaps add a data-migration script to ensure View versions are up-to-date? Or perhaps we can use the _rev somehow for that.
