Bug: Jetbrains Apps (Toolbox and IDEs) dont respect fractional skaling; Toolbox launches in the middle of the screen.

When using the fractional scaling (150%) on high DPI Display in Pop Alpha 6 Jetbrains Apps are launching in default 100% scaling.

The Toolbox is also launching in the middle of the screen instead of the upper right corner.

I don't think there is anything we can do here. These are Xwayland apps.

This works great on the actual IDE:s, but not on the Toolbox app sadly
