I just run docker-compose up -d and what is next step I do it ??
How can I open app on website ?

I noticed you're running Windows. Docker does not map ports to localhost on Windows. See this for details.
Leafplayer should listen on http://<docker-nat-ip>:HTTP_PORT.
HTTP_PORT is set in your .env file (see Readme).
Let me know if it works out for you.
