Hello,

I installed the last version of next with tailwindcss today for a new project.

And I can't start the dev because the package lightningcss-win32-x64-msvc seems to not be found.

if (process.env.CSS_TRANSFORMER_WASM) { module.exports = require(../pkg); } else { try { console.log(lightningcss-${parts.join('-')}); module.exports = require(lightningcss-${parts.join('-')}); } catch (err) { console.error(err); module.exports = require(../../lightningcss-win32-x64-msvc/lightningcss.${parts.join('-')}.node); } }

In this code the error is :
Error evaluating Node.js code Error: error: 126\\?\C:\Users\Benja\DEV\test-app\node_modules\lightningcss-win32-x64-msvc\lightningcss.win32-x64-msvc.node [at Module._extensions..node (node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:1353:18)] [at Module.load (node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:1125:32)] [at Module._load (node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:965:12)] [at Module.require (node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:1149:19)] [at require (node:internal/modules/helpers:121:18)] [at Object.<anonymous> (C:\Users\Benja\DEV\test-app\node_modules\lightningcss\node\index.js:24:22)] [at Module._compile (node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:1267:14)] [at Module._extensions..js (node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:1321:10)] [at Module.load (node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:1125:32)] [at Module._load (node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:965:12)]

Or is it my PC architecture that is completely fucked up ?

Thank you

I'm having the same issue but with that already installed.

I've been experiencing the same issue since today, even though VC_redist.x64 is already installed. For now, I’ve removed the import line as a temporary solution.

I may have unintentionally updated something that uses lightningcss, but I honestly don't know how it broke. For me, the alert came from esbuild. But for the time being, I have toggled off the if statement if (process.env.CSS_TRANSFORMER_WASM) in the index.js file located in the node_modules folder.

Here is the error log:
