The Community Lesson card titles need to have a standard set so that the title does not overlap into the image.

Context for the request

The cards can be seen after a user search for a topic in the 'Community Lessons' search bar. This is an existing feature that needs to consider the worst case scenario of long titles and setting limits how long titles can be.
