Scrolling through the items does not always work with the Digital Crown (nothing happens when you turn the crown) but sliding the screen up and down works.
Sometimes after force closing the openHAB app on the watch solves this but not always. Rebooting the watch then helps.
This is not new but was already the case in the some previous versions.

App Version 3.0.8. (33)
Device: Apple Watch Ultra
openHAB Version: 4.3.0.M2

I noticed the Crown stops working as soon as you slide the screen by finger up or down. Swiping left to the settings screen and back revolves the issue as long as you don’t touch the screen and only use the Crown

So this has been remarkably hard to fix, i spent several hours on it. Basically anytime i try to programmatically shift focus back to the scroll view, the crown locks into the first scrollable element in a sitemap, so a slider, segmented button, etc..... There is not an easy fix for this , i'll keep toying with it, but its going to drop a bit in priority.

A pity it is so hard to fix. Thanks for the effort you already have put in this. Hopefully you will fix it in the end.
