Hi Marinka,

My name is Jordi, and I'm using CRank to priorize my clusters obtained from Intact database, a Protein Protein Interaction database. I use a new tool called MONET to cluster the genes from Intact database. However this tool not provides node-community affiliation probabilities (-in) and edge probabilities conditioned on nodes' affiliations with communities (-ic:). I obtained the edge probabilities (-ie) from Intact database. I understand that -in and -ic should be obtained after clustering step, but in my case I cannot obtain those probabilities. For this reason, I will appreciate to mention me which tool I could use in order to obtain those probabilities and finally improve my clustering priorization.

Thanks for your time

Jordi

Hi Marinka,
I saw a document that referred to your aggregation algorithm. He used several methods to screen drugs for the treatment of new crowns and came up with 12 ranking lists. He used your aggregation algorithm to get a final ranking. I would like to ask you, how to get the final ranking with your code, is it enough to use only raa.py?I am Looking forward to your reply.
