This issue is automatically created based on existing pull request: #39724: The "Flush Magento Cache" button should be renamed "Clean Magento Cache"

Description (*)

The "Flush Magento Cache" button should probably be renamed "Clean Magento Cache", because that is much more semantically correct with it's alignment to the cache:clean command.

Manual testing scenarios (*)

  1. Go to AdminHtml > system > Tools > Cache Management ( /admin/admin/cache/ )
  2. View the new name of the button
