描述 BUG 的表现情况

运行环境:

操作系统：Ubuntu 24.04.1
Docker： 28.0.1
项目版本：v3.1.1

复现步骤
描述你是如何触发这个 BUG 的

同时在两个群聊内发送“/chat ”唤醒
回答却全部回复到随机的一个群聊内

预期行为
本应该分别回复到不同的群聊内，却全部恢复到这两个之中随机的一个群聊内

我使用的协议是Onebot，插件为im_onebot_adapters v0.2.4
