Describe the bug
Current admin panel and user could create recipes without ingredients.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Navbar' after login
Click on 'user email'
Click on 'recipe', Create new one
'create recipe form' has no fields for ingredients

Expected behavior
Users could select ingredients and enter units when creating recipes.

Additional context
admin panels should be able to select users when creating and editing reviews.
