Hi developers,

I was working with the European coast (Dutch and French) to obtain SDS data for the long-term, however, I have noticed that the data is possibly missing or is not generating for the years 1992 to 1997. The time series CSV files show no data for that duration which you can also see in the plot I have shared. The retrieved images shows that the data exists for that duration, with the shorelines being detected but then this data is not reflected in the timeseries. Any possible issues you are aware because this is only for the European coast, works amazing with the other coastlines.

yeah I've seen this before. Try to increase the threshold for georeferencing errors from 10m to 12m and you will see that period gets data

Thanks @kvos, it worked. Thanks for making life simple with this amazing toolbox.

I would really appreciate if you could you kindly confirm whether the time series in automatic mode on the CoastSat platform (http://coastsat.space/) also includes the following features:

  1. Adjust_detection – Allowing users to adjust the position of each shoreline by changing the threshold.
  2. Manual Checking – Whether each image is manually reviewed for accuracy.
  3. Despiking – The process of removing outliers.

Thank you for your time.
