Example for adding additional dataset

Users should be able to add additional datasets conforming to the DART Pipeline schema, without needing to fork DART-Pipeline. As most of the computational work is located in geoglue, this module is the natural place to add examples. Concrete example dataset to try out is Aedes aegypti incidence data which is available as open access, and use population aggregation to obtain a (non-temporal) dataset.
