Add data validation to Dataset class

geoglue should allow users to create their own Datasets that validate against the geoglue data schema, output by ERA5ZonalStatistics and used in the downstream DART-Pipeline package. Use the aegypti dataset and population data from Vietnam to show how this is possible.
