Location column and line numbers don't look right in markdown details section

Look at the following screenshot:

Note how the location has 0:-1 at the end. We believe this to be due to the way we are collapsing incidents together. This doesn't appear to be a blocker issue, but may have some unforeseen ramifications later on.
