Change lock/unlock sidebar option to Click/Hover

Currently there are two options for opening and closing the sidebar. Either it is locked and must be explicitly clicked to close or it is unlocked and it will autohide when the focus is lost. I propose also reopening it on hover instead of requiring a click in this mode to make the usage feel less clunky.
