As we already have a Contribute.md guideline, I'd suggest that we remove the 'Contribute' section from the README.md.
Instead, we should link the 'contribute' section to the Contribution guidelines mentioned above and avoid duplication of content.
If the Contributions guidelines do not yet fit our needs, then we should adjust the contents in the guidelines.
