I love cmd's efficiency rather than pwsh, so pls support Clink.

okay, i'm going to find out what to do to port the app into clink

• add a new file like clink.rs on src/shell.
• expand the enum ShellType and other related functions on src/shell/mod.rs.
• tests.
• docs on activate.
