Motivation

At the MOOSE Workshop, the Geoscience roundtable decided to focus on producing an example of THM model in 3D that contains a 2D fracture network that doesn't grow (but presumably may deform due to THM). Various people volunteered to be involved, and @rpodgorney , @jiangwen84 , @lynnmunday can provide their names

Design

Create a GitHub Project. Include appropriate people

Impact
