MKS DLC32 MAX binary with 4th axis

Hi. The web builder shows DLC32 MAX with 3 axis, but the hardware has a 4th. Is there a way to activate it?

The pull rquest from @luc-github did not include it, I do not know if there is a reason behind that.

Seems the A-Pins are commented (grblHAL/ESP32@b73de79). Sadly I've got no idea if enabling them will suffice.

Should be possible to have 4th axis - I commented pins because I was not able to test the 4th axis I think sorry

I will add them so you can try as I do not have a board for verification. FYI the map has to add it as motor 3 (M3) so that it can be assigned as a ganged motor or as the A-axis.
