Include hypothesis.SearchStrategy implementations for custom data types

For example, FieldOfViewFrom1, it would be useful to have a default implementation of a hypothesis.SearchStrategy so that client code which uses this type and which would like to write randomized tests involving a data type which uses this one would not have to go through the trouble of implementing its own search strategy for this component type.
